| What is a good commision/incentive plan for a Project Cordinator? Their responsibilities are estimating the job, executing the contract, and handling the job from start to finish. They have a base salary around 50,000, company vehicle, etc. Should their bonus be based on the gross profit of the job, if so what %? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |
