We are a CC and water restoration company we would like to start stepping into mold remediations ( small jobs for our managment companies) and of course if it goes well eventually larger jobs. Our independent insurance agent who has held our general libaility policy for 8 years has told us none of the companies that he sells covers mold remidation type work. My questions are.. What type of policies do we need to carry to cover all of our services? I saw on another post about pollution liability? And does anyone have a company they would recommend? Any information would be helpfull.

Thank you in advance.

Hi

Water Damage problem, people consider it as a small issue but some time it really damage very severely to your house & office. Then we regret that we should have taken some insurance from safety point, but some people purposely don't take because they think that is an addition to the problem.

Now that does not remain as problem , there are professional in insurance law who provide assistance in recovering there insurance claim also known as insurance claim adjuster, this i am sharing because the problem was faced by one of my relative who then took assistance of one of claim adjuster, that is All State Public Adjuster, who helped them a lot
